We've been coming to Eastgate Animal Hospital since 2008. I've always had wonderful service & really trust Dr. Gretchen Goode with our fur babies. She is empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and very good with our pets. I feel she and her team are honest and trustworthy. They've referred us to specialists when its been outside their scope and they always go above and beyond. Im very grateful for the level of care they provide. I wouldn't take them to anyone else. Brought our dog here to board for a couple weeks. One week in away she gets sick (vomit, bloody diarrehea) on their watch and charges us a vet bill to fix it. Come to find out they no longer run the day care option (didnt tell us) so she wasnt around any other dogs to socialize the entire time (makes it even more strange as to how she got sick on their watch).
