I had DR Brown as a primary physician for 5 years and she listened to me and was very professional.
I have been looking for a PCP since I move here Dr Greta Brown will be my 4th one and I am disappointed once again. She has no regards for my needs, she is short in her answers not approachable at all. Not to mention the manager of the office. As I said worst experience! Banner is all about the money.
I've been a patient of Dr Browns for several years. She actually listens to me. She hears my concerns. She always makes me feel like I matter!! Plus the office in SCW runs on time or within a few minutes of your appointment. They communicate very well with me.
While Greta is a very nice doctor the support staff, has issues. I called 3 weeks ago with an emergency question, no call back. They did call to reschedule our appointment and complained they had been calling for days. Calling a number I've repeatedly told them is off. Just had a horrid experience trying to get an inhaler refill. I will be finding a new primary.
She is awesome!!
