My 2001 dodge Durango needed a new four wheel transfer case actuator, this shop was the only shop with an opening we took the car here and they fixed the issue, and they also offered to fix the ac not blowing very cold, we declined the offer and when we picked up the car the ac compressor blew and damaged a cooling line for the radiator , they fixed the cooling line and in doing so they somehow overfilled the oil and trans fluid and never refilled the coolant leading to overheating and major leaks. Hands down best customer service end mechanics
Did not rent but they replaced an engine in my motorhome in their shop. I had major engine trouble while traveling and was referred here. The Gressman's went above and beyond helping me. They let me live in my motorhome in front of the shop while waiting for a new engine. Then pulled my old engine, replaced it with a salvaged engine I found and got me back on the road in a week. They really know their stuff.
Don't really rent here but get my cars worked on sometimes
