This rental organization allows a person to continue to rent that manipulated a man so bad he drove out of this parking lot and ran his car head first into a building, video evidence of a battery by their renter whom illegal entered into a vehicle and damaged property. Then this renter instigated an assault on this property, where the assault left a person blind is neglect. Renting to this person still where all these actions can continue and repeat
Update: Yes, I was a tenant from 2011-2012 and lived in Racine, Wisconsin from 2011-2017. You're in the business of rental property, you should know people move. I guess another reason not to rent here, they remove all the bad reviews and claim you were never a tenant. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords unless you want bed bugs. Lived in a Racine building. It was my first apartment and it was a horrible experience right from the get go. Luckily we were able to get out of our lease early as our apartment was "in demand." Robert and his crew definitely took advantage of us being young and naive. Had I known what I know now I definitely would have slapped him with a lawsuit. Live and learn, but don't give your money to this guy.
Robert Greskoviak himself is a great kind hearted person! Does a decent job maintaining multiple buildings and businesses! Only issue I’ve ever had was his two managers that work for him, poor attitude but there’s always room for improvement, Greskoviak rentals was my very first apartment I’ve ever lived in (main st , Racine wi) the building had great character wasn’t your typical “cookie cutter” apartment and that’s what we loved about it! You'll have to clean the apartment before moving in, they don't clean a single thing. They'll not give you your deposit back after you move out claiming it's dirty, even though they don't clean it after you're out. They let scum bags who are loud in here, seems to be their preference. I wouldn't ever consider recommending anyone move into this dump.
