They didn't follow my instructions. I went into for my 2 year service; tire rotation and oil change. I asked the service adviser if he could ask the tech not to put a sticker on my windshield. I explained that I have tint on my windshield. He seemed to understand and said he realizes I don't want my tint damaged. Sure enough, they put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of when my next service is. Took my sequoia to Gresham Toyota at 7am I had an oil change and tires mounted in balance in less than an hour they had a team work on my vehicle together me and my toddler were in out and out. Gio my service advisor took care of us definitely will be returning back to him as he facilitated the entire thing. Thank you Gio.
