I went to Gresham Oregon Toyota Car Service for an oil change on 18/2025, but the manager was aggressive and didn't even want to listen to my request. He said that since the oil change was due at 25,000 miles a month ago, he wouldn't take care of it even if the miles weren't there. This is my fourth Toyota car, so I'm very sorry. I say sorry.

They didn't follow my instructions. I went into for my 2 year service; tire rotation and oil change. I asked the service adviser if he could ask the tech not to put a sticker on my windshield. I explained that I have tint on my windshield. He seemed to understand and said he realizes I don't want my tint damaged. Sure enough, they put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of when my next service is.
