Pat made my service experience at Gresham Subaru go smooth even with having to do a number of services I wasn’t expecting to get. He helped me out with getting me into a rental on the house so I didn’t have to wait since it was going to take most of the day to get done. Overall the team there has always been great with every service I’ve gotten in the past.
Julieanne did such a wonderful job! My car had many service issues, and I was hoping that these problems would be covered by my "Long Term Maintenance Policy". She worked tirelessly to get it all worked out! The lions share of the cost of repairs was covered largely by my plan. I was responsible for a fairly large sum, which put me in an uncomfortable situation financially. She helped me AGAIN, by pointing me to a financing plan that Gresham Subaru offered. Brilliant! Gresham Subaru is lucky to have her!
