Very thorough as a new patient. Great atmosphere and great people
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at Gresham Modern Dentistry. The front office was nice and tidy, but the back area felt a bit dirty and outdated. The staff also was hit or miss if they were warm and friendly or short and unwelcoming. If this was the only gripe, I would not have even left this review since the dental care is #1. I had 2 fillings the same day as my initial visit (this part was great - didn't have to schedule another appointment) by Dr. Waterworth, but the fillings were not done well. I went back... read more
They were able to get my dad in for emergency treatment so quickly, and the care he received was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and in good hands. Special shout out to Dr. Horacek and his assistant Kass for their kindness, professionalism, and for getting my dad out of pain. We are so grateful for the compassion and excellent care they provided. Highly recommend!
I’ve had a great experience at this dental office. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything runs smoothly. Dr. Waterworth is professional and easy to talk to. She explains things clearly and makes you feel comfortable. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail here.
