Always friendly and full of great advice!
Very unprofessional, rude, and appear not interested in doing smaller jobs. My husband and I recently had some keys go missing and now need to re-key all of our locks. My husband knows how to re-key them, and has the kit to do it, so just needed new keys made. I went into Gresham Locksmith on my way to work and asked for the man there to make me a new set of keys. Seriously saved me from a clumsy mistake. Lost my car and apartment keys, no copies what so ever. They are affordable, communicative, and professional. Thank you Eric and team!!!
I needed to get a duplicate of a less than usual key. Very nice team working there. Explained why the key is typically not found in key stations at home depot. Able to make a perfect copy in less than 45 seconds. I think I was in and out for less than 10 dollars and five minutes of friendly chatting. Will come here from now on.
