This is probably the third or fourth time I've taken one of my cars to Gresham Lake Auto Care. I've been there for few oil changes, and most recently for a complete brake service (pads and rotors). The work was done professionally, and I really appreciated that they also performed a thorough suspension inspection. My AC out of no where stopped working, I brought it in first thing and I got great service. They helped me have it up and running before the early morning was done, and I was able to have the whole day ahead of me. Really great speed and efficiency, as well as customer service.

A simple radiator replacement turned into a nightmare. The transmission cooler lines leading from the radiator to the transmission had not been tightened and therefore they were leaking. Driving the vehicle home after the repair i noticed the transmission having trouble shifting gears and accelerating. After that the vehicle will not move forward or back. Those guys and their business are shady. I took my car to this shop because it leaked water and overheated. He replaced the radiator, thermostat and reserve tank, radiator fan. I took the car home, and it got hot before I reached home, water continued to leak. So, I took the car back to the shop and he told me it was a head gasket. so, I took the car to the dealer and found out that it had a bad heater core only.
