Lol. Rude - as others have suggested. Excuses excuses in the past reviews that point out the rudeness. If you like rude behavior and excuses this is the attorney for you. But, don't take my word for it read the reviews. In response to Mr. Serious **-- you can be serious, a lawyer, and everything else you 'claim' to be.
