called Friday and had a 8 am appointment for Monday I don't open till 9 but I open early so my tenant will get service, the tech shows at almost noon, says he will return the next day at 8, you guessed it no show. Tech never showed, we are five minutes away and not hard to find. I waited for four hours. Girl who answered knew nothing and took no responsibility. Said he went home and nothing could be done. Horrible service!

THANK YOU to Bob and Dennis with Gresham Appliance. My washing machine was not working and they came out with in a few hours of calling. Bob was the first to arrive and he was so wonderful and understanding to my needs. A part had to be purchased so Dennis came out a few hours later and did the repair. Great place for frustration! – This place is the worst! Got a washer and it was a lemon. Started ripping up my clothes and then started squirting oil and grease on my clothes! I went in and called for 2 months before I had to threaten them with further action to get a new washer out to me. They wouldn't just give me my money back, either. Was lied to and ignored. beat the reviews – I had two recommendations and they lived up to them well.. I called and he diagnosed over the phone, showed up on time; and had the problem fixed withing five min. Clean and very professional.
