A very unpleasant experience. I had delivery here. After I was unloaded, they intentionally hold me for about 30 minutes and didn't give me the POD,, under the pretext that they were counting the pieces. While it was very easy to count and it could be done in 2 minutes. When I asked them to give me the papers and leave, they told me to leave them alone to do their job. Disrespectful attitude.
They only go by appt so dont come early...No overnight parking..like 4 truckstops up the street about 2 or 3mi...unload time maybe 30min.
