Three times I have not been able to get in as the gate was not working. A new thing. I couldn't get out as the game was broken. Luckily, Carrie was still there and opened the emergency gate. The owners are obviously someone to be laughed at. Other than that, Carrie is helpful and the place is great. The maintenance end of it is the absolute worst it could be.
I've been decluttering my apartment for about a year now and the last few months I've been storing some of my things in an indoor storage unit here. Is a good place to store your belongings if you're not sure what you want to do with them. The manager on site, Carrie, is great to deal with, and she gave me a tour of some of the storage units available before I secured my own. Shout out to kerry at the brockville location for going over and beyond. We won a unit on auction and she came in on her day off to ensure we gathered the unit won. She could have had us wait til Tuesday when the business was open but instead took the time out of her schedule to meet with us. Strongly recommend Greenville storage and wonderful kerry for helping us
Great place affordable, but the brockville location is not reliable as the woman leaves early often.
