Justin is the best at what he does and will fight for you when you need help the most. We first met Justin when our house was destroyed by fire in 2012. I had the unfortunate experience of a house fire last year. Having hired Justin was the best thing I could have done. I watched him go toe-to-toe with the insurance rep on what they were not going to do to bring my house back to normal. I called Justin for advice on an insurance claim, and even though he couldn’t take me on as a client at the time, he was incredibly helpful. He offered guidance, shared useful references, and pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. He’s definitely at the top of my list if I ever need a public adjuster.
On August 15, 2024 my home was struck by lighting and destroyed by fire and water and needed to be rebuilt. I didn't know what a Public Adjuster was until that day. The next day I chose Justin Grenier who was able to get me into a hotel until temporary housing was available. He was local which was important and worked with my insurance company in the past which was also helpful.
