Service exécrable chez Volks. Département des ventes chez Volkswagen et chez Grenier occasion manque de transparence et ils cachent de l’information. Expériences désastreuses.
Quand tu montres un intérêt d'acheter, tu es traitée comme une reine... garantie "bumper to bumper" 3000$ et refurbish 1600$ mais les wiper ne fonctionnent pas et ce moin dune semaine apres l'achat. Tu as un RDV pour la livraison mais tu te déplaces pour rien car ils ne communiquent pas ensemble... tu demandes d'être compensé pour l'inconvénient... silence total!!!
complete lack of customer focus. I wanted to buy a car, and I guess I was unlucky because I was corresponding with Igor Kamche, who promised that a financial advisor would contact me the next day. However, no one contacted me. After a week, I reminded Igor that no one had reached out to me, but my message went unanswered. It’s now been three weeks since then. I don’t think anyone will contact me at this point.
Sans doute une des plus belle collection de voitures antiques de la region* (Ancien dealer Suzuki auto) surtout en particulier la Corvette C2 & la Camaro. Ah et aussi j'allais oubliez le Pick-up Chevy modele 1967-72 dans le showroom Grenier Occassion.
