Super friendly, helpful staff and an ophthalmologist who is incredibly personable & who takes all the time you need for each appointment to ask questions or to make sure you understand everything about your particular situation and eye health. When Gail Burden had this office, the staff was friendly and professional. Current staff member assigned to answer the phone, Ashley, is beyond rude, curt and robotic. Will be looking to chang providers immediately.
