RecommendedExcellent service and recommendations for glasses for different needs
I ordered and paid for glasses on Dec 8th 2020, or there abouts, and it.is Feb 10th, 2021 and I still don't have my glasses. All I get are excuses from the office. They have not met a single date they gave me for my glasses. All I hear is the lab messed up the lenses. I have heard that five times now with no end in sight. thw doctors are great but don't get your glasses through them, I never will again.
The customer service I got on January 11.2021 from Linda in Fredonia was not very friendly when I was trying to explain something.she thought she already knew the answer. Well LInda you need to listen to the customer. as I really thought the reason my vision is blurry is when I went back to my old glasses I could see a lot better. Not a charitable place. Wouldn’t allow me to see the dr because I was 7.00 short. I would have the difference in a couple of days. Had to wait 30 days just to get in and now it’s another 30 days. As big as they are they should be more willing to work with you.
I'm sure they have discrimination policies in place. I'm sure those policies mention religious discrimination. Yet, they refuse to let you enter without a mask even though doing so is against your religion. Yes I will share this with others and I will not be recommending their business to anyone. Quite the opposite.
Even though they tell you you’ll be placed in a room immediately they don’t. They will not let care givers attend testing with dementia patients 🤬 we would have rescheduled instead of dealing with this Covid19 nonsense!!
