I’ve lived in Niles for over 35 years and this is the first time using Grendel’s services !! Well I would like to say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with my vehicle. Took it in for an emissions issue seemed tricky resolving the issue But Andy and his team not only cleared my faults but while test driving was able to take it to pass the emissions test at one of the facilities! Brought my 2008 Toyota here because check engine light was on. I arrived @ 8AM, and the placed was PACKED - folks waiting, etc. ALWAYS a good sign. Andy took care of me right away, after explaining what was happening, he also diagnosed my issue as ignition coil problem. He said he's take a peek and call me.
