Great staff at all levels
I am extremely disappointed in the decline in care at Froedtert Greendale. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have raised serious concerns about the quality and coordination of care at this location. There have been instances where incorrect tests were ordered and patients were referred to specialists unnecessarily. What is even more troubling is that documentation reflects these decisions as being directed by physicians, which does not always appear to be the case. Every single person from check all the way to the end for a blood draw was wonderful to deal with. Best patient experience I've had in years.
I called first thing in the morning for a sick appointment at our regular clinic. The nurse at McKinley was able to get my two children into the Greenfield Loomis Road clinic appt #1 8-8:30, appt #2 8:30-9. I informed the nurse I would be at least 10 min late because we live across town. She assured me, "No problem, I will leave a note, and if you are late it will just run into your second appointment."
