Beth from service was absolutely amazing! I bought my car from Cannon on 51 and only had it 4 months before the Cadillac converter went out. Mind you I work from home so the car is parked 98% of the time. So I was very frustrated to even be having to deal with something I didn't even do but nonetheless Beth was very helpful when they were not.
