Full service done on my truck at my house by there Mobile service, the only way to do it, great job.
Excellent customer service. Worked within my schedule. Lacy is the best. Fantastic techs also. They take great care of us. Worth the trip from Guernsey to get work done. Update! Knowledgeable and professional. Have all of our work done there. We have a Ford dealer 30 miles from us, but will drive the hour and half to have Greiner do it all. That says it all right there. You will not be disappointed from sales, finance, parts and service.
I called Greiner Ford on 8-6-26 at 8:17 AM, attempting to reach the service department. I got a message stating all service advisors were currently busy although I could leave a message. Hence, I left a message with 2 specific questions and requested a call back. It is now 8:40 on 8-10-26 and no one has called back. Doesn't seem to be much "customer service" at their service department .
Greiner Ford Service Department, is always top notch ! 👏 Im always impressed with the kind and knowledgeable professionals that make my service experience a pleasure! I appreciate the text updates along the way , keeping me informed of the progress my car is receiving. I'm able to pay for the service online and have my car returned to me at home! WOW... that's service!!
