Communication between the planer and sales and the forman not good, I requested my gable vents to be put in a specific place and explained it in detail as to why I wanted my gable vents where I wanted them for to three different people. Everyone was swamped after the Derecho tore through Iowa. My shop was wiped out. Your crew was the only ones that returned my phone calls. You hire nothing but the best people. Built over top of existing concrete. Explained how everything would progress. Stressed that I had approval before final payment. The crew I had never wasted a movement. Each guy knew exactly what the other one was doing.
In my three + years with Greiner Buildings, I've been so impressed with the commitment and dedication of each and every employee to bring the highest quality service, materials and end product to our customers. I've so loved seeing a project go from start to finish...knowing it is someone's dream and many memories will be made there. To say I enjoy my work is an understatement!
