If you're coming here for a dating ultrasound and everything is fine with your baby, you’ll probably be okay. But if something goes wrong, I truly wish you good luck. Don't come here for pregnancy-related ultrasounds. The most unkind technician (maybe the same gruff lady from other reviews) and impossible to request for photos. Unsure why they're in this industry at all.
I am writing to share my experience during my recent appointment. Unfortunately, it was very unpleasant. The technician I saw was rude, lacked empathy, and did not take the time to explain things properly. When I asked her to clarify, she simply said, “it’s not what I expected, it’s not good,” without offering a clear explanation.
