Fast and very kind and compassionate. Was a great experience. Very efficient and lovely team.
Can be quite frustrating dealing with the reception. When patient travel all the way for their own results, just give it. Don't talk so much or give so many excuses. You're wasting the patients time and money. If you don't want to talk to the patient, then upload the patients results on access my health or bc health gateway for them to self access. So irritating and time wasting with condescending tone. It's a patient right to access their own results at ANYTIME. Very bad experience here. Other providers like providence just... read more

My review is for the HyCoSy scan. The technicians/nurses who performed my scan were amazing! They were super supportive and experienced. All I wanted was that assurance in that moment and they provided that and more. Although the procedure itself is obviously uncomfortable, they helped me tolerate it better and I felt taken care of. Thank you both!! :)
