Been to Greig’s 3x for ultrasounds. Once when pregnant (2 scans), once for a miscarriage. Let’s start with reception - the Caucasian lady is quite curt and rude. She seemed to be like this towards all the patients, especially older folk of colour who likely needed more assistance. The Asian receptionist was more professional and would at least acknowledge the individual in front of her with a hello and try to help. Am genuinely curious about some of these reviews. I literally just finished my x-ray and am typing this in the waiting area. Everything was wonderful from the amazing lady @ reception to the gentleman taking the scans. 5* service, no question. I think sometimes it's best to take overall reviews with a grain of salt and take a chance. I'm glad I did, thanks to all the staff.

UNACCEPTABLE! My doctors never received my chest X-ray results from Greig Associates at Oakridge. I had the X-rays done Saturday, and they were supposed to be sent within 3 business days — by Wednesday or Thursday. A week later, nothing was sent. When I called, the receptionist falsely claimed the results were already sent. They were only forwarded after my doctor requested them, arriving Friday, too late for my doctor to review before the weekend. Very disorganized clinic. I missed an appointment in June because I couldn't reach them by phone to cancel, and was later billed for it. After finally getting through, the bill was canceled and my bone densitometry was rebooked for Sept 11, confirmed via text. When I tried to cancel it again due to work, all the attendants claimed I had no booking—even though I had just received a confirmation message. Staff were impatient and unhelpful. I won't be returning.
