Yvonne and the office manager absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. WORST imaging centre in Vancouver. DO NOT BOOK HERE! They kept me on a phone call for 35 minutes to book a pelvic imaging exam.
My wife and I unfortunately had to visit this establishment for pregnancy scans. The front desk staff are not pleasant to deal with and are not there to help you. They are there to get their paycheck and go home. I will also note that their policies in regards to family care/ pregnancy are anti family. No taking pictures of your baby, no enjoying learning details about the pregnancy together(they don’t let father in). I came here alone for an xray and it was fine. Easy location for transit, I arrived about 2 hours after opening on a Thursday for a walk in X-ray appointment. I grabbed a number and was called up right away. I was able to text the receptionist a screenshot of my requisition as I didn’t have a paper copy. I waited about 10-15mins. All the staff were kind and courteous. No complaints. Will return if needed.
I went there on Monday September 21 stat 11:00 a.m. The receptionist sitting closest to the entrance does not seem to know how to handle her responsibilities properly. She was very arrogant and rude toward the patient. She should learn how to communicate respectfully and professionally with patients and the general public.
