From my last visit, Brandon at Greig Associates on Victoria Drive was very thorough during the procedure. He asked relevant questions and ensured the information gathered would help my doctor make the most accurate assessment possible.
The clinic is really good and they are fast in attending the patients. However, I had a bad experience with Anne, an ultrasound technician. She doesn't know how to treat customers with kindness and dedication. She is too rude and I don’t want to be attended by her next time.
My husband and I went for X-Rays early on a Saturday morning and had a great experience with the staff at Greig Associates on Victoria. They are friendly, knowlegdeable, professional and put you at ease starting at reception thru to any imaging process. Everything went quickly and smoothly and we felt supported and uplifted by our experience. Highly recommend!
I had my dating ultrasound here yesterday, and my experience was great. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The ultrasound tech, Leanne, was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews beforehand, but my experience was very positive.
Booking clerk actually insinuated that I might not get my test results because my doctor moved recently, even though the new address was on the requisition...why would I go through the whole process of a pelvic ultrasound if you can't be sure that my doctor won't receive my results? Very unprofessional, will not be going back.
