Sometimes fast loading and sometimes long line unloading. I waited 3 1/2 hrs just to get into a dock and sometimes 2 hrs. there were only 8 trucks a front of me for the 3hrs, Idk but some people that works in the receiving area needs to work a little faster and not take forever.
The worker very rude at the shippers office, arrived two hours before appointment and was told they stopped run the product would be the next day before you would get loaded.
Fast receiver. Delivered totes. Hit dock 4 and was out in 10 min. Receiving is in the back. There is scale, but not for totes. Most likely for paper loads. Great job with fast unload P.S was told receiving works till 20:00
