Awesome and super helpful. Awesome customer service!! Greider is amazing, from the first call to the last pickup! When I think trash, no is better than Greider.
I had a very unpleasant experience with an individual representing this company. The individual goes by Matt. Matt was extremely rude an provided me with a colorful array of personal attacks including homophobic slurs. Matt also continued to escalate the situation by saying individuals would respect him more if you saw him in person. I'll never use this company due to this individual and I hope my comments provide context to the types of individuals this place hires.
