Terrible experience from start to finish. If you care about quality, honesty, or professionalism, avoid this store. I had to make an appointment only to sit and wait over an hour, and I’m clearly not the only one — everyone there seemed frustrated. I ordered two pairs of glasses for about $400, with one “free,” then got charged another $400 for “thinning the lenses,” which was a total scam.
