Service très décevant. Impossible d’obtenir un rendez-vous rapidement pour la réception des lentilles de contact. Il faut attendre deux semaines pour chaque rendez-vous et il n’y a aucune flexibilité. Nous sommes rendus en février et toujours pas reçu les lentilles commandées en décembre. Service à la clientèle pratiquement inexistant. Très mauvaise expérience. À éviter.
