I had an appointment on December 29 at 4:25 p.m. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a lady wearing black glasses whose tone was rude from the very beginning. French is my third language, and I made a genuine effort to communicate in French during our interaction. Aujourd'hui, je suis allée avec mon fils de 5 ans à un examen de la vue avec le Dr Zhang. Les réceptionnistes et elle étaient super gentils et doux.
