The team at this store deserves all the compliments I can offer. They were incredibly responsive to an urgent need for my daughter, fast tracking her through a just-in-time eye exam, and took great care to make us feel like some of the most important customers they have. Tres mauvais service à la clientèle. J'ai téléphoné à plusieurs reprises pour un suivi pour ma commande sans retour d'appel. Finalement je parle avec une personne pour me faire raccrocher dessus. Je suis encore en attente pour la commande

J’ai eu la meilleure expérience client, je ne pensais pas qu’en allant acheter des lunettes je recevrai un tel service. Merci beaucoup à Laeticia qui m’a accompagné tout au long de mon magasinage.
