I’m glad to read many people have had a great experience with Gregson & Associates, unfortunately I’m not one of them. Paid for initial meeting & left with instructions on what action I needed to take when the time is came, which I did & called their office to advise, left a message expecting a call back. After not hearing back I called the office a couple of weeks later & was informed their books were full therefore explained the situation & was told someone would call me back. Disappointed to hear Sophie Anderson hung up on my mother on Tuesday. Never phoned her back like she said she would the following day. Poor service all round avoid her at all costs.
