I went there for an alignment. I waited 2 hours for the mechanic to tell me they could not do an alignment. I was told of several items needing repairs prior to an alignment. Then I had to pay for the diagnostics for not being able to do an alignment. I was upset it took so long for them to tell me that and that I was not informed of the policy up front regarding a diagnostic charge.
