I went there for an alignment. I waited 2 hours for the mechanic to tell me they could not do an alignment. I was told of several items needing repairs prior to an alignment. Then I had to pay for the diagnostics for not being able to do an alignment. I was upset it took so long for them to tell me that and that I was not informed of the policy up front regarding a diagnostic charge. I was sent to this location 10 years ago when we moved to Independence. We came from St Louis and knew no one but family. We've stayed going to Greg's for the last 10 years and have never had a complaint to say about them. Nick is extremely helpful and pleasant to speak to.
