Never again! They are not responsive. Don’t pick up the phone, don’t reply to messages… no way to contact them. Charges are not communicated up front. Just the worse. I wish there was a way to give negative stars.
Greg Post is the worst post service I ever used. I ordered a post from it back to September 2023 and I paid the fee for the post. Since it is my first time to order a post from Greg Post, I do not know its policy is if I do not call it to pick up the post, it will continue to charge a quarterly fee to my credit card. Made several attempts for two weeks to get my firm signs and my custom sign they took. This company has not returned our calls. Filed a complaint with labor and Industries and going for their bond. This is petty and not worth the time but it's about customer service and being professional. I m all about relationship building and this is a bad start.
