Cannot recommend Greg's enough. They respond to requests quickly, and the on-site service is exceptional. I've used Greg's for two separate issues in my house and have been blown away by their pricing, communication, friendliness and had an overall positive experience. I'd also love to highlight Jeff F in particular who went above and beyond in helping me sort out several plumbing issues.

This was my first time using Greg's Plumbing and I have nothing but good things to say. Jeff was prompt and extremely professional. He took his time assessing and explaining the problem, and he fixed the issue quickly but with excellent attention to detail. I think the price was entirely reasonable to have a trained professional come out and do a top-rate job. As an aside, my sense is that others complaining here about the price perhaps neither understand the pricing structure nor what it takes to run a business these days.

Had a great experience with Greg's plumbing the first time around. Had a second job - of the exact same type (clogged drain) - and with the exact same solution. They more than doubled the price and didnt communicate it with me prior to coming out despite me introducing myself as a repeat customer from 3 months ago and them acknowledging that. Greg's plumbing came to fix my main shower, the water was hammering when the shower faucet was turned on, they came and replaced the cartridge for the shower and the tub spout which wasn't working properly, when they left everything was work properly and the price was reasonable, I highly recommend them.
