Our kitchen & bathroom pipes were clogged so I called Greg's Plumbing because I wanted to use someone local here in Dundas and google shows their address as being two blocks from our house. They were able to fit me in same-day and the girl who answered the phone quoted $125/hr. Perfect siince we're seniors on a fixed income. Had O'shea from Greg's come out due to a basement sink leak. Super polite, well priced and throughly explained and fixed the issue.
We used Greg’s plumbing recently to replace some pop-up drains and fill-valves in our home. The workmanship was excellent so we were very pleased with the results but when we were handed the bill we were quite surprised to learn that we were being charged for 3 hours of labour (@$125/hr) vs the 90 minutes that the plumber actually spent in our home. Had a clogged drain and they booked a technician same day. Oshea came out and was great! Polite, helpful, efficient at clearing the drain and answering my questions with only 40 minutes! I called ahead to confirm pricing, but was surprised when I saw the bill - they tried to charge me for 2+ so I pushed back and they insisted on charging 1hr45 even though I’m local.
