Would not recommend. I organised a quote and the experience went downhill from the start. The receptionist recorded the wrong address and although I was given a 9–12pm timeframe, I received a call at 11am saying the technician had gone to the wrong location. After confirming my correct address, I was told he would return however by 1pm no one had arrived. Rough and messy installation the job come up alright in the end , the second installer they sent around to fix problems was very helpful, still got a bit of patching to do from installation.
My husband and I were trying to replace the rollers in our glass patio door. We ran into some difficulties and called Greg's. Over the phone they gave us some pointers but still couldn't unjam the door. They offered to come out the next day. I did some comparison calls, most other companies had min. 3 week wait. RUDE NASTY GUY answered the phone...I said I wanted to book a quote for new windows...he said call back NXT morning...then demanded my details..I said I will give them when I call tomorrow morn....he was very angry & screamed WELL DONT BOTHER CALLING US...I said I WONT....(must be really difficult finding good polite professional staff these days) U lost a customer and alot of $$$$ & needless to say I Just booked job with another company😁 I will tell everyone this story about rude nasty guy at Greg's glass ... I have had the displeasure of dealing with Greg's glass recently. I will never have Greg in my home again! And I certainly would not encourage anyone I know to support his company. If I could score them a 0, I would. On the positive side, they were quick to refund my deposit and the 2 young fitters were lovely.
