I brought my car in because the airbag light was on. When I dropped it off, the man behind the counter asked me if I had called the dealership about possible recalls. I told him I had not. He said that HE WOULD CALL THEM FOR ME. Maybe it was my own fault for trusting that they would do what they said they would do. However, they did not contact the dealership as they said.
