Greg's Automotive did a terrific job in fixing an engine seal leak in our 2013 Mini Cooper S! This leak was, initially, hard to find, but Greg's Automotive did a systematic analysis, explained to me how they would address this problem and fixed it! I appreciated being kept in the loop as this engine seal issue was being repaired. First class service!
Great experience. Never there before
I really appreciate John and his team for figuring out what was wrong with my car. My Subaru was making squeaking sound whenever I would back out of the garage. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was able to come in the same day. An hour later, John diagnosed the problem - rust build up on my rotor, most likely due to our ski trips. Thank you John for the quick evaluation!
Love going to these guys John is always so wonderful
Greg’s Automotive was recommended to me by my wife who has had terrific past experience with Greg’s. This being my first experience with Greg’s Automotive, I found out my wife’s assessment was spot-on. Excellent service and I appreciated how my Service Advisor John Kortes kept me updated as to how best proceed with the repairs to my Mini Cooper S. We have owned this Mini Cooper for 13 years and it now drives like I remember it when we purchased it from the dealer. First class service & repair work. Thank you, John!
