Very unfortunate experience for such a highly reviewed place by others. Stopped in this morning to simply get new windshield wipers. The mechanic was initially friendly and helpful, and switched them out in 30 seconds. However, when it came time to ring me up he was unable to find them in the system. Told me his boss would be there in about an hour, and he would just call me over the phone to pay. always treat me with upmost respect and honesty! Great Service!
My only complaint is the oil was changed with synthetic oil in July. We could have waited until the next service to change it again.
I thought the price charged was abusive. I asked to have the battery in my car key replaced, but he didn't give me the price beforehand, and he performed the service, which must have taken 1 minute. I asked him how much it cost, and he said he didn't know. Then he took 15 minutes to register me and charged me $47.42 for the service.
