Was supposed to perform a washer repair. Came in and said he’d have to take my drum apart and that would be expensive. (?) took $97.60 from me to tell me that and leave. Ended up paying $600 for a new one. Wish he could have done his job and fixed it instead of making us purchase another one but it is what it is.
After 3 attempts to repair our refrigerator by someone else we contacted Greg. Made the diagnosis by phone and picked up the part. Very efficient and straightforward, man of few words. After over 2 months with a working fridge Greg had us up and running. Specializes in GE appliances.
Greg has fixed several of my GE appliances. He really knows them well. He has even given me advice a few times to fix them myself and save money.
