I went in for an alignment he told me to replace wheel bearing and upper control arm and I did when back he said he could not get my driver wheel aligned and still charged me the 89.95 I am pissed to say the least I have used Greg several times. Pay the extra money for someone else to do it. The guy doing the alignments is rude and talks like he knows what he is talking about and clearly he dont.

If no stars was an option that would be what I would select I went in for an alignment on 2020 white ram 2500 the guy was not able to do a accurate alignment and still charged me he started blaming the problem on the pitman arm saying it did not drop enough and I need to get a different one the problem was that the pitman arm is the correct one he just didn’t not know how to adjust the components the correct way if anything he made it worse and started talking about he looked at the vehicles other suspension parts and they l... read more
