Greg came out on a Sunday after my ac went down during the night. No one else in town responded. He came and found the problem and got it fixed then went above and beyond to make sure everything was good before left. Thank you sir!

So two times this guy was supposed to be here and both times he was 2 hours late and this time 3 hours late and still waiting. I know there's a lot of work going on but it doesn't mean not call your clients to let them know. Second of all he said there was a leak in the refrigerant and only refilled it, now I'm no professional but I do know if there's a leak you would at least try to fix the leak and go from there. I got less then 24 hours of comfort for my AC and now he's not here. I don't recommend this company at all and ... read more
