Triana came to my house she was very professional I went into the attic with her. She was very informative about how the rats behaved and I learned a lot and had a great experience with her

After shopping around I’m so glad I decided to go with Greggory’s. They were much more affordable than the bigger company I checked with, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. Rats DEAD AND GONE. I gotta say, I’ve interacted with a few people from Greggory’s and they were all great, but Triana is outstanding. She was always on time, professional, friendly, and most importantly got rid of multiple rats living in my attic, and blocked all entrances so no more can get in. Technician was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and quick. Had first pass of extermination so will update with final thoughts in a month if the roach problem has been properly solved
