Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service I’ve used! My young son had a big accident while potty training, and I needed quick help with both his mattress and the carpet. Jorge was fantastic. The team really goes above and beyond. I called for an emergency carpet cleaning after a large stain was left on my thick carpet for hours. Jorge arrived quickly, worked hard to get the stain out, and updated me as soon as it was handled—all in just one day. I was so impressed by their customer service, attention to detail, and how fast they got everything done. They are truly the best in Farmersville and worth every penny.
Gregory's Carpet Care is fantastic! In the past, I tried other carpet cleaners who didn’t seem to care about customer service and even left scratches on my walls. Isaiah is the complete opposite. He treats my home with so much care, as if it was his own. We have a lovely white area rug that we tried to have cleaned before, but the results weren't great. We were thinking about getting rid of it, but decided to give it another shot. I found a carpet cleaning service online and talked with the owner, who explained the difference between regular carpet cleaning and specialized rug cleaning. Our rug was just delivered back to us and it looks like new. I'm so happy we gave them a try and will always use professional rug cleaners for our carpets from now on.
