I was happy to get an appointment after they called me about an opening. The carpet cleaner, Marvin, arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He started working right away and used a special cleaning solution since I have a pet, but honestly, my pet is well-trained and doesn't go on my sectional. Even though the cleaning solution had a strong smell, the sectional was cleaned very thoroughly and dried quickly, which was great in the Texas heat.
