i am a general contractor and reached out to gregory's carpet care, looking for help to thoroughly clean a carpeted basement floor that was stained with dirt, paint, and drywall dust. devin assured me they had the right equipment and knew how to get out all the stains. the team showed up the same day and did exactly what was promised. i couldn't be more impressed by their quick response, professionalism, and quality carpet cleaning. i'll definitely use them again.
As a repeat customer, I can honestly say that if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The customer service and carpet cleaning are always top-notch. I recently had my white carpet and a recliner cleaned. Brent did an amazing job—he managed to get out all the clay stains from my white carpet, and it looks fantastic. We have been using Gregory's Carpet Care for over 15 years in Ferris. Howard is very knowledgeable, and his carpet cleaning methods work really well. The prices are fair and competitive, and most importantly, we have always found the company to be honest and reliable. I reached out to a carpet cleaning service after a friend suggested them, and I’m really glad I did. Howard got back to me the same day I asked about cleaning. We talked on the phone and set up a time that worked for my schedule. Howard was right on time, very friendly, and professional. He listened to all my concerns and got straight to work. Gregory's Carpet Care did an amazing job! They arrived right on time and were very friendly. I needed my carpets cleaned and some upholstery shampooed. Maxwell started with the carpets so they would have time to dry, which was really thoughtful.
