We went through 3 different agents before finding Gregory as a stroke of chance at an open house. We'd bought a place within 3 months. Gregory is incredibly knowledgeable about the island and all of the different details and gotchas. I couldn't imagine buying a place again without access to that knowledge! He was also a great communicator, and worked with our sometimes erratic schedules. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to buy in Whidbey.

There is no way to fully describe why you MUST have Gregory Young as your realtor. Doesn’t matter if you are buying or selling. You cannot find someone better. It’s the truth.
