As a physician in south Florida for the past 39 years I have known and worked with multiple neurosurgeons. Dr. Basil performed a Laminectomy surgery on me on December 2, 2024. An impeccable and successful operation that restored strength and sensations in my legs and feet in addition to eliminating any pain, such as sciatica that affected me for several years and the numbness that continually affected my legs. Dr Basil is a phenomenal surgeon. He performed 5-6 ACDF surgery at Jackson and his surgical staff was second to none. You can't even see my scar 10 weeks post op. He is very compassionate and would make private calls/referrals to pain management doctor and hand doctor when I needed most! You no longer see this kind of care anywhere. His commitment to patient care is truly commendable.
Well organized practice. No wait time. Dr. Basil answered all my questions and left me at ease with my pending surgery. Kind and knowledgeable.
