My daughter in law has him and he has done nothing in a year and half of representation. He does nothing but a bunch of broken promises anc that’s literally been it
Bad lawyer that doesn't return calls...got a subunea had just ignored him.
Dont waste your time hiring this guy.
DO NOT hire this lawyer. He has NO idea of what case is what. He has literally had to read over our file while setting right there with us, then says "ok I remember you guys" Very unprofessional and forgetful. He has lost 2 esq. in 2 years time. He had us wait MONTHS to file a motion to find out we could not do so because he went and signed a paper saying he wouldnt do so. He NEVER answers or returns calls. We have called 6 times in the last 3 weeks with NO answer and a hearing coming up in a week. NOT Recommended at all.
Mr. Swank and his staff handled my divorce resulting in very favorable results for me. He has handled several other incidents in my life since 2017 all of them highly favorable. I highly recommend him and his staff as the top law firm in Armstrong County.
