He treats my husband who has demntia. He is very patient and kind and great about what is happening. He cares about his patients.
Face it, this office was never great under the old doctor but it is absolutely terrible under Banner Health! The office staff have the personality of either dead fish or vicious wolverines depending on the day or time! If a patient is seen in the Emergency Room and instructed to follow up with a doctor here they keep NO appointments open for ER follow ups. Waits of an hour to 90 mins past your appt time is not uncommon. Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!
