I had a root canal that was actually the easiest dental procedure I have experienced. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep, and it was completed in one visit. As someone who typically has a difficult time during dentist visits, I attribute my comfort to the extra care and consideration that was given to me by Dr. Engel and his assistant.
I just had a root canal done by Dr Engel yesterday. This was unfortunately my fourth one I’ve ever had, but I have to say, this was the easiest because he did it. There isn’t a better endo that could have taken care of me and my anxiety around the situation. He is so thorough, kind, down to earth & comforting. I found him to be incredibly professional and efficient as well. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, I’ll have much less anxiety knowing I’m in the best hands. I’ve had several root canals by Dr. Engel and unfortunately might be having another soon. I can truthfully say, he is the best. I would rather have a root canal by him any day over a routine dental cleaning or a routine cavity filling at my regular dentist (who I also love) but that should give you a clear idea of just how good he is. Dr Engel performed a root canal for me, with great attention and exceptional explanation and skill. LOL I have issues….super sensitive in recent years and so I was a special case with regard to pain. Dr Engel ensured there was no pain. I had seen three dentists regarding my issues. One fixed a cracked tooth (from eating clams!) and I wasn’t thrilled with her work as the cap seemed to feel funny, but it didn’t hurt….at first.
