Dr. Zagone was really helpful to my dad. He explained all the options and provided good advice. He operated on my dad and he is doing so much better. We did telehealth for follow-up appointment which was also so much easier than going to his office.

I was referred to him for urinary problems with a PSA score in the low teens which he told me was normal for my age. One year later my score was over 400. His office visit reports were full of lies and claimed I was being treated erectile dysfunction, which is a compete distortion of the truth. He claimed I refused future PSA lab tests which is also a lie and does not make medical sense. I should have had tests at least once a year. I feel he is knowledge in his field and even very good at it. But seemed rushed and unconcerned, it seemed as though he thought my condition was not worth his time. He did diagnosis part of my condition correctly, I feel. But I felt I had two things going on, the second was not even diagnosed or even really addressed except to say it was not life threatening. That also is true, but it is concerning and uncomfortable.

I have had several urologists over the years, and he is by far the best. He really took his time with me and was very knowledgeable of my conditions. He offered me treatments that another urologist never even brought up, and they worked! So glad he moved here!

I and my husband are both patients of Dr. Ackroyd and he has helped both of us tremendously. His diagnostic evaluation is efficient and treatment of our sleep apnea is customized to fit our individual needs - what my husband uses is different than what I use and it makes sense. Neither of us expected to have sleep apnea and yet we are pleased at how much better we feel with our cpap treatment. Dr. Ackroyd gave us practical solutions that work really well for us. He also has great advice for saving money on cpap supplies.

My husband was airlifted to the trauma team in Santa Rosa after a logging accident with 11 rib fractures and collapsed lung and degloved hand. Three days into his admission it was discovered he had 2 spinal fractures after being allowed to ambulate freely and frequent lack of return calls to Trauma teams NP’s. Surgery was scheduled and when I requested a cardiac consult, the neurosurgeon that had been assigned to the case ordered a cardiac consult, cancelled the surgery, & took herself off the case. Dr. Birch was very easy to work with -- a clear explanation of my condition, the treatment options, and formulating a treatment plan. I could not ask for more.
