Dr. Knudson is a wonderful Dr. and surgeon. His Delaware office is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. We would never recommend anyone going there! Twice we have arrived for an appointment after being transported in an ambulance to get there...to find they cancelled our appointment! No calls no warning and no way will we go back!
My Dr sent me to him because I had blood in my urine Did cystology , X-ray, ultrasound Never checked for UTI this went in for 3 yrs and he never checked instead says I may have cancer. Well long story short ended up in so much pain that I couldn't stand so went to Grady and they checked my blood and said it was a UTI all that time. Will never go back Thinking maybe time for retirement
Have always had issues with the office processing our copayments. We give them our card, they fail to use or submit it and then we get a bill for the copay via My Chart...so frustrating!!!!
