Horrible experience at this office. I was referred here and felt dismissed as a woman the minute I walked in. Dr. Knudson didn’t even introduce himself. He kept saying, “Well, that’s common for a woman.” He ordered an ultrasound and never even called me back with the results (which came up on MyChart and weren’t considered “normal”). When my Dr called to get the results (so they could refer me elsewhere), they were told they would not release their findings without me scheduling another appointment to talk about it. I've had zero problems with medical issues and/or the office. Everyone has been kind, considerate and friendly.
Dr. Knudson is a wonderful Dr. and surgeon. His Delaware office is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. We would never recommend anyone going there! Twice we have arrived for an appointment after being transported in an ambulance to get there...to find they cancelled our appointment! No calls no warning and no way will we go back!
